Manchester law firm Berg offers helpful advice to academies post-conversion

For new academies, the conversion process doesn’t stop when the school reopens its doors, in fact, the school’s status as an academy will only be realised after a few integral actions have taken place.

To ensure the academy’s long-term status, stakeholders such as governors, teachers and landholders, for instance, have to complete tasks that involve funding, governance, land registry and human resources.
